Writing Assignment #1

This picture immediately grabs my attention because of the bold shape of the elephants and the bright color of the setting sun. The image, to me, also emits a sense of freedom because of the wide open area around the subjects. For the past five years, I have wanted to travel to Africa.  I have a dream of helping out the children at an orphanage, taking a hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti Plains and going on a safari through Ngorongoro Crater. For me, traveling to Africa would be an adventure to discover a new world and simultaneously bring about serenity of everything being in its natural place.
